Payment Methods
Payment can be made with American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card via PayPal through the checkout cart on this website. If you prefer to pay by check or money order (made out to Sarah Clark), please send them to the address above. Your order will ship after payment clears. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are now also accepted at all events and privately hosted home parties.

Shipping & Handling
Each item arrives in pale pink satin drawstring pouch and is safely and securely wrapped for shipping. Please allow 10 business days for your item to be shipped via USPS, items will usually ship sooner than that but due to the individual design of each piece some may need extra time. If you need an item expedited please contact us before placing your order as most things can be shipped immediatley. If you wish to use priority or express shipping, additional shipping charges apply.

Out of Stock
Due to use of natural stones and limited quantity in which Sarah Clark Designs are produced if you see an item and it is no longer available please contact us directly by calling or emailing and we will try to accommodate your needs with something similar.

Returns and Exchanges
Regular purchases may be returned for any reason within 7 business days from the original ship date for a refund or exchange less shipping costs. For purchases made during online jewelry parties, refunds will not be given unless the item is damaged or otherwise misrepresented but we will glady exchange your items for something else. Please note that most items can be adjusted if they are not your desired length for little or no additional charge depending on the style of the piece. If you change your mind after the 7 days you can still exchange the item as long as it's in new condition for another piece or credit towards a future purchase. If there is a defect with your merchandise upon receiving it, please let us know promptly and it will be repaired or replaced at no charge with the returned shipping costs covered.

Repairs
If any item you've purchased from Sarah Clark Designs should break within 90 days, it will be repaired free of charge provided all the pieces are returned. If there are missing beads we will do our best to replace them with the same or similar ones with your approval for the cost of the supplies only. If you lose an earring and need a replacement please contact us, we will do our best to create a new one or use the old one to create a new pair.

Re-stringing
Do you have beaded jewelry that needs repairs? We will restring, repair or rework old or broken items not made by Sarah Clark Designs for a small fee, depending on the size of the piece, replacement parts and time involved with the order. Please contact us with details and for specific prices.
